Maca and Coffee Smoothie


  • Instant coffee (2 tablespoons)
  • Maca (3 tsp)
  • Almond Milk (1 glass)
  • 1 tsp sucralose, stevia or honey (to taste )
  • Cinnamon (a teaspoon)
  • One Glass of Ice


    1. Put the ice and half a glass of milk in the blender. (Use a full glass of ice). Blend well.

    2. Add the rest of the milk, the coffee, the maca, the cinnamon and re-blend for just a few seconds.
