Why Should You Drink Smoothies During Your Detox?
Smoothies are a great way to consume fruits and vegetables at the same time. If you are like me, fruits and veggies are not your favorite thing in the world to eat and putting them in a smoothie makes it so much easier to add them to my diet.
Smoothies are also an excellent way to consume veggies raw which offer more nutritional value than cooking them.
An ultra fresh smoothie is perfect for those hot summer days when you need a pick me up.
