And by strengthening your immunity it might even help you overcome or avoid getting flu, cold or other illnesses related to compromised or weak immunity.

Lemon and garlic as well as ginger are well known for their laxative properties and using them together is a great way to stimulate your digestive tracts and detox your entire body. So, if you suffer from constipation or irregular bowel movement, make sure you try this natural drink. If possible, avoid using any laxative pills or tablets and just stick to natural organic remedies.

Vasodilator

The ginger has a vasodilator action that will warm the body. Convenient when cold and bedridden.

It will have other effects thanks to its components, but now I just want to inform you about the immunostimulant side of this drink. I invite you to read my articles on garlic and ginger for more details or check out my other similar drinks.

Contraindications

Since ginger is a vasodilator and garlic is a blood thinner as noted here, I suggest against drinking it before an operation (surgical or dental) or when taking anticoagulant drugs.

When to Drink it?

Some people think it is better to take it on an empty stomach in the morning. Then the assimilation by the body is probably the best, but we know all the effects of garlic on social life, right… The evening before going to sleep seems to be a more proper choice :-).

To consume it, it is necessary to drink the hot preparation before going to bed and put a hot water bottle at the level of the liver. The hot ginger drink and the hot water bottle will allow the body to perspire(sweat), which will also contribute to the elimination of the bacteria and toxins in your body causing the disease.
