Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal soaked
  • 6 strawberries
  • 1 tbsp maca
  • 1 pinch turmeric
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Sesame seed to decorate
  • Blueberries to decorate
  • 1 granola (energy) ball

Instructions

    Blend the milk with the sliced strawberries. Strawberries may be frozen for a more creamy texture

    Add the oats, cinnamon, vanilla, and turmeric powder

    Add maca and blend well

    Decorate with sesame and blueberries
