Easy Maca Latte

Easy Maca Latte

Yield: 2 Servings


  • 2 glasses of warm or hot almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon of maca powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • half a spoonful of lucuma
  • purple corn mean
  • 1 or 2 cloves
  • cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut cream, oats or rice (optional)
  • cocoa for sprinkling (optional)


    Simmer the almond milk along with the cloves and the cinnamon, so that it infuses and absorbs the aromas properly.

    Once hot, remove the spices.

    Pass the milk through the blender along with the other ingredients: maca, sugar, lucuma and golden corn.

    To give it a gourmet touch, beat the coconut cream or cream you have chosen, until it gets a little consistency.

    Spread the cream over it, like a cappuccino, and sprinkle with some cocoa.
