Detox Green Lemon Juice or Smoothie

This juice will allow you to clean your body of toxins through its healthy ingredients (lemon, parsley, cucumber). This juice is also rich in chlorophyll, a powerful nutrient in the blood system. Also the kale, a green leafy veggie, which is also rich in many vitamins, antioxidants and other nutrients.

  • 1 lemon or lime
  • 1 bowl of parsley
  • ½ cucumber
  • A small bunch of kale
  • ½ class of pre-made Rose Water


    Wash cucumber and cut it into slices
    Cut parsley and kale leaves and mix them with the cucumber slices
    Squeeze lemon to get out all the juice
    Add rose water and vegetables to the juicer and start the extraction
    When extraction is done add lemon and stir
    Add to glass and enjoy

    For a smoothie version, just add ice and blend together
